Volunteer to become a coach. I know that can sound scary! You don't necessarily need sport knowledge. Often times we need help with athletes staying organized and on task.

Volunteer to become a unified athlete. You will compete on a team (or in a doubles competition) with our SOMN athletes. We are always on the look out for more volunteers to assist our team.
